Robin McCormick has been teaching music to children and teenagers for over 40 years. She has been teaching Kindermusik, an international music and movement curriculum, since 1996. Her studio has been given an award for being in the top 5% of the studios worldwide for many years. The Kindermusik approach to teach creativity and expression has greatly influenced all the avenues of her teaching, whether it is children’s choir, private flute lessons, or handbell choirs.

Robin has a Bachelor of Music Education degree with a flute emphasis from Baylor University. She taught band in Tomball, Texas for two years before moving to Mississippi to marry Amos McCormick. She taught private flute lessons in the Greenwood area for three years. After moving to Clinton, MS in 1988, she continued teaching private flute lessons and started Kindermusik Clinton in 1996, which she still teaches today.
